Payment

Please note that payment for the ticket is not a basis for boarding the train. You will need to register electronically or have a ticket issued in a ticket office.

1. Paying for tickets with bank cards

We accept payment using bank cards from international payment systems, such as Visa and MasterCard, as well as Maestro from Sberbank. When you pay for your order, please enter the following details of your bank card:

  • name and surname of the card holder
  • card number
  • code (CVV2 or CVC2)
  • validity period

We guarantee safety of the payment: payment is performed through Acquiropay, GateLine, Uniteller payment gateways, which are PCI DSS compliant. All data is transmitted over a protected TLS 1.1 channel.

2. Paying for tickets with Alfa Click

You can pay for your train ticket with Alfa Click Internet Banking. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Select Alfa Click in the list of payment methods.
  • On the webpage that opens, enter your seven-digit login that you use to log into Alfa Click Internet Banking and click Confirm.
  • This will open an information window where you can track the payment status for your order by reloading the page.
  • You can find the UFS-online invoice in the My Bills section of Alfa Click. You can only pay the invoice through Alpha Click Internet Banking interface.
  • After successful payment, a payment confirmation and a check coupon for the e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone.

Important: if you fail to pay for the order within 15 minutes, the order period will expire. If this happens, you will need to place your order for the ticket again.

3. Paying for tickets with Yandex.Money

You can pay for train e-tickets via Yandex.Money (the program must be installed on your PC), or directly via your Yandex.Money Wallet (via a browser).

You can top up your Yandex.Money account with a bank card, through an ATM or a payment terminal.

4. Paying for tickets with WebMoney

WebMoney is an international electronic payment system, which can be used to purchase tickets on our website.

Any type of wallet can be used to pay for train e-tickets on our website.

5. Paying for tickets with QIWI Wallet

You can pay for your railway e-ticket with a QIWI Wallet. To do this, follow these steps:

  • select QIWI Wallet from the list of payment methods;
  • when ordering a ticket, please provide the mobile phone number you registered in your QIWI Wallet in the contact information;
  • after clicking Pay, you will be transferred to www.qiwi.ru. In the Login field, enter your mobile phone number (corresponds to your QIWI Wallet number) and password;
  • in the Bills section, pay your automatically generated bill.

After successful payment, a payment confirmation and a check coupon for the e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone.

6. Paying for tickets with PayPal

You can pay for your train ticket with a credit card linked to a PayPal account without disclosing your card's details. To do this, follow these steps:

  • select PayPal from the list of payment methods;
  • on the wepage that opens, specify your e-mail address and PayPal password;
  • pay your automatically generated bill within 15 minutes.

After successful payment, a payment confirmation and a check coupon for the e-ticket will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone.

If you are not registered with PayPal, you can register on PayPal's official website.

7. Paying for tickets in installments

Using the PAYLATE - Trust Payment service, you can purchase tickets on our website and pay for them in installments. You can pay for your purchase in installments within 6 months. You receive the service now, but pay later.

The service is subject to the following conditions:

  • You are Russian citizen;
  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • The purchase amount is between 3,000 and 150,000 rubles;
  • You have a steady income source (job, pension).

You can only use this service if you have a Russian passport. The time from registration to the actual purchase usually takes no more than 15 minutes, but can take as long as 3 hours.

Terms of Service:

  • If you pay for the purchase within 50 days, you will not have to pay any interest for using the service.
  • After the grace period, the monthly interest for using the service is 3.5% of the purchase amount.
  • The period of service is 6 months.

After selecting the service as a payment method, you will be redirected to the PAYLATE - Trust Payment page where you can go complete the registration procedure by filling in a short questionnaire.

8. Paying for tickets with InvoiceBox for organizations and individual entrepreneurs

You can pay for train e-tickets by wire transfer from your company bank account.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • From the list of payment methods, select Wire Transfer and then select Payment for an invoice issued to legal entities.
  • On the webpage that opens, enter the INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) of the organization that will pay the invoice and fill in the missing details.
  • To issue the invoice, you will be prompted to enter the payment card details in order to temporarily block the funds. After the funds are successfully blocked, the system will issue the ticket, and the invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. The funds will be unblocked immediately after the payment of the invoice.
  • If your organization is a regular customer or user of the Advance system, then, after entering the INN, you will be prompted to enter your login and password in order to issue a ticket before payment without the need to block funds on the payment card..

Important: if you have not blocked the funds or completed the order for the ticket within 15 minutes, your order/reservation period will expire. If this happens, you will need to place your order for the ticket again.
